Job Summary

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.

We are currently looking for a Occupational Therapist to lead our team and ensure we are offering the best standard of care to our Residents.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify residents individual needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment and care plans for each resident.
  • Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions based on residents clinical requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate residents progress and response to treatment.
  • Adjust treatment plans as required to support optimal outcomes and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date assessment and treatment records.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
  • Liaise effectively with physiotherapists psychologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Support residents and families through education guidance and ongoing communication.
  • Contribute to person-centred care and continuous improvement initiatives within the service.


Requirements

  • Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy with current CORU registration.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience in carrying out assessments interventions and developing treatment plans.
  • Strong clinical reasoning problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to supporting the ongoing development of the multidisciplinary team and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Dedicated to delivering high-quality person-centred care and therapeutic support.

  • Required Skills:
