NURSING DIRECTOR – IVF

Almediqa is recruiting an experienced Nursing Director IVF for a leading healthcare organisation in the UAE.

We are looking for a senior nursing leader with extensive IVF / fertility-care experience who can lead nursing and allied health services while ensuring high standards of clinical quality patient safety and operational performance.

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in IVF
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience as a Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director within an IVF Centre
• Strong leadership and people-management experience
• Extensive knowledge of IVF nursing and allied health services
• Experience in quality improvement patient safety and regulatory compliance
• Strong workforce planning and resource-management capabilities
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Registered Nurse with the relevant UAE Healthcare Authority
• Masters degree and/or specialised qualification in Nursing Healthcare Management or IVF is highly desirable

The position carries responsibility for nursing strategy workforce planning clinical quality patient safety operational efficiency and the development and leadership of multidisciplinary nursing teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Drive clinical excellence and quality improvement
• Develop and implement nursing strategy
• Manage staffing and workforce requirements
• Mentor and develop nursing leaders and employees
• Build strong relationships with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and clinical expertise according to patient needs
• Support compliance with applicable healthcare standards and regulatory requirements
