Full Time 1-year fixed term contract HSE PayScale Grade VII

To assist with this vision we are delighted to offer the opportunity for a National Educational and Training Lead to oversee the coordination management and oversight of educational program design and delivery within CRCs Enhanced Complex Care Pathways.
The role will focus on delivering high-quality accessible education and engagement to Childrens Disability Network Teams Primary Care professionals families and carers and other key stakeholders ensuring consistent understanding capability and collaboration across services.
The postholder will act as a bridge between Enhanced Complex Care Pathways and community-based providers promoting best practice and empowering community teams to deliver high-quality care
Essential requirements are:
Degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare education social care or related discipline).
Proven experience in education program design and delivery.
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement to inform educational program design.
Experience organising and delivering events workshops and outreach initiatives.
Strong communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences
Experience in the evaluation of education provision using metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Excellent organisational communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
