Mechanical Turnaround Lead

Occupli are supporting a leading industrial manufacturing organisation in the appointment of a Mechanical Turnaround Lead to support major shutdown and maintenance activities within a complex operational environment.

This role will suit an experienced mechanical professional with a strong background in turnaround/shutdown execution maintenance coordination and field leadership across heavy industrial or process manufacturing sectors.

• Lead mechanical turnaround and shutdown activities from planning through execution and close-out
  
• Coordinate contractors materials tooling and site resources
  
• Support scheduling work-pack readiness and execution planning
  
• Drive safe and efficient field execution across mechanical scopes
  
• Liaise with operations maintenance engineering and external vendors
  
• Monitor progress resolve execution issues and support schedule delivery
  

• Mechanical maintenance or turnaround leadership experience
  
• Background within pharma chemical energy utilities manufacturing or heavy industry
  
• Strong contractor and stakeholder coordination skills
  
• Experience working within brownfield or live operational environments
  
• Ability to lead under tight shutdown schedules and changing priorities
