Are you an experienced Mechanical Operator/Busbar Installer looking for a stable hands-on role in a structured manufacturing environment

Due to continued growth we are recruiting for multiple Mechanical Operator positions in our Letterkenny site.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established operation supporting manufacturing processes through the safe operation of machinery monitoring quality output and meeting daily production targets. The role suits reliable detail-focused individuals with a strong safety mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor process performance and quality output.

• Carry out routine machine setup adjustments and basic troubleshooting.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.

• Report equipment faults production issues and deviations.

• Support the team in achieving daily production targets.

• Maintain a clean safe and organised working environment.

• Adhere to all Health & Safety and Quality procedures.

• Participate in shift work and overtime as required.

Essential Skills Qualifications/Experience

• Experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures.

• Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Busbar Install experience.

• Forklift experience.

Desirable Skills Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems.

• Previous shift work experience.
