Your future role
As aMaterial Planner you willberesponsible formanaging a portfolio of internal and external suppliers to ensure materials and components are delivered in the right quantity at the right time and to the correct location to support operational and production requirements.
You willcollaborate closely with Procurement teams to ensure contractual agreements and supplier commitments are accurately reflected withinEnterprise Resource Planning(ERP)systems enabling effective planning inventory management and supply chain performance.
Well look to you for:
- Manage material requirements and supplier schedules to ensure materials are delivered on time and in line with production and project needs.
- Coordinate with Procurement to support purchase requisitions supplier readiness and the effective launch of material planning activities.
- Maintainaccurateplanning parameters and supplier data within ERP systems ensuring reliable supply chain visibility and forecasting.
- Monitor supplier commitments track delivery performance and proactively manage risks shortages delays and recovery plans.
- Resolve material availability goods receipt and non-conformance issues while ensuring continuity of supply.
- Analyse planning and delivery KPIs collaborate with suppliers on performance improvement initiatives and support supplier capability and risk assessments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure materials are available to meet operational production and customer requirements.

- Knowledge of transportationlogistics and distribution processes.
- Experience working with supply chain systems data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Basic project management skills with the ability to coordinate activities and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
