Manufacturing Technician AOIML 2nd Shift

The AOIML Implant Assembly Line is an automated manufacturing system responsible for cutting inspecting labeling assembling and sealing implant products. The Manufacturing Technician plays a key role in ensuring efficient operation of the line while maintaining product quality safety and compliance standards..

The main responsibilities are;

• Load and unload components required for production line operation.

Monitor and respond to equipment alarms to ensure continuous and efficient line performance.

• Collaborate with Engineering teams and equipment vendors to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure products are assembled in accordance with established quality standards customer requirements and approved procedures.
• Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company compliance standards.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and operational objectives.

Qualifications :

• Working knowledge of automated manufacturing or assembly systems.
• Strong commitment to quality safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to identify troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work closely with engineering and external vendors.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Focus on productivity accuracy and continuous improvement.
