Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedicsbusiness to establish a standalone orthopaedicscompany operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership & Growth:Formulate and communicate overarching business objectives policies and strategies aligned with regional and global goals. Drive the execution of commercial and marketing plans to meet or exceed sales and income targets.
