Bristol Myers Squibb is looking to recruit a permanent Manager In-Market Distribution

Manager EMEA In-Market Distribution is responsible for the management of functional execution activities including the management of the relationship and performance of the distribution centers per the responsibilities section

Please note that there will be 20% travel required as part of this role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee 3PL operations across assigned scope including inventory accuracy service exceptions execution of relevant directives and operating models and driving continuous improvement against agreed KPIs.
• Accountable for inventory management and accuracy including cycle counts physical inventories destructions product launches FDD requests daily review of delivery (IOD) reports and annual stock count financial reconciliation in compliance with SOX business controls.
• Coordinate facilitate attend or arrange physical inventory counts and independent witnesses at 3PL sites ensuring documentation is inspection-ready.
• Support and troubleshoot SAP distribution interfaces inventory variances redeployments redress activities and ensure SAP inventory posting integrity including manual movements where required; support ad-hoc escalation and rapid response for supply disruption and out-of-stock events.
• Liaise with inmarket logistics OTC QA finance and regional logistics teams to provide analysis data and operational support for planning redeployment and redress activities; lead operational performance governance forums (e.g. QBRs) with 3PLs and drive improvement actions against key metrics.
• Ensure full compliance with GDP cGMP EHS SOX/finance business controls and applicable regulatory requirements; maintain document control in line with GDP controls and execute quality system activities (e.g. impact assessments change controls) as required.
• Support logistics incident reports (LIRs) mock recalls Business Continuity Management (BCM) and continuity of supply to avoid service disruptions; present operational and quality performance updates in relevant governance forums as needed.
• Manage 3PL contracts operating manuals SOPs SLAs GDP compliance and business reviews acting as the key reference point for logistics operational issues and improvement opportunities; prepare and present performance packs for Quarterly Quality Council and OTC QBR forums as required.
• Support internal and external quality and finance audits and inspections; complete monthend reporting; manage monthly 3PL invoice validation and processing and maintain unit cost files; maintain performance reporting repositories (e.g. 3PL metrics lists) and upload required documentation for finance review and verification.
• Act as the logistics representative in BMS supply chain and local forums while supporting adhoc projects programs and crossfunctional initiatives as required; serve as the primary point of contact for distribution operations within the assigned scope.
