Were looking for a people leader to join LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) as Manager Go-To-Market Enablement leading the Sales Performance Consultant (SPC) team for our International Marketswith an emphasis on supporting our APAC and EMEAL teams. 

This leader will manage a team of Sales Performance Consultants responsible for the last-mile delivery of field enablement across our APAC and EMEAL marketsequipping sellers and sales leaders to engage consultatively build capability and grow revenue in-market. 

This role is responsible for translating globally scaled enablement programs into field-ready locally relevant executionensuring consistency and quality while adapting to the nuance of diverse international markets languages and selling cultures. 

You will operate as a cross-functional partner working closely with the global Program Enablement teams (Foundational Excellence and Product & Services) and the Enablement Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure global programs land effectively in the fieldand that the Voice of the Field shapes program priorities. 

You will lead field enablement delivery across our APAC and EMEAL markets driving measurable improvements in seller effectiveness ramp-to-productivity pipeline quality and revenue. 

The International Markets SPC Team (your team) 

Your team of Sales Performance Consultants is the field-facing engine of LMS enablement across our international markets spanning the APAC and EMEAL businesses. They sit close to sellers and sales leaders in-region executing the last-mile delivery and change management that turns globally scaled programs into practical locally relevant execution. 

Your role is to lead and coach this team day to dayensuring high-quality delivery consistent reinforcement and measurable impact across a diverse set of markets spanning APAC and EMEAL. 

This team is responsible for: 

  • Executing last-mile delivery of enablement initiativestranslating GTM Enablement strategy into actionable field-ready steps adapted to local market needs 
  • Leveraging programs from the Enablement Center of Excellence (COE) and global Enablement teams to drive behavior change that reinforces new and existing GTM motions across international markets 
  • Partnering with in-region field leaders on sponsorship communications and reinforcement to drive adoption and sustained behavior change 
  • Acting as Strategic Business Partners to international Sales leaders and GTM Operationsdiagnosing gaps and recommending opportunities to increase field productivity and growth 
  • Serving as the Voice of the Field into GTM Enablement ensuring globally scaled programs are field-ready and reflect the realities of international markets 
  • Tracking behavior-change metrics and aligning enablement to the rhythm of the business (e.g. quarterly gap-closing initiatives annual skill priorities) 

This team plays a critical role in ensuring globally scaled programs deliver real impact across our APAC and EMEAL markets. 

Responsibilities:

Field Enablement Delivery & Execution 

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Performance Consultants responsible for the day-to-day delivery execution and impact of field enablement across international markets 
  • Execute against a clear field enablement plan aligned to business priorities (seller effectiveness ramp pipeline quality revenue growth and customer value) 
  • Translate globally scaled programs into field-ready execution that reflects the needs languages and selling cultures of the international markets you support 
  • Ensure consistent high-quality enablement delivery and reinforcement across markets 
  • Track and communicate success metrics that tie field enablement to business outcomes 

Cross-Functional Partnership & Global Alignment 

  • Partner with the global Program Enablement teams (Foundational Excellence and Product & Services) and the Enablement Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure globally scaled programs are effectively translated into the field 
  • Establish feedback loops that carry the Voice of the Field from international markets into program priorities ensuring programs are field-ready and aligned to customer business objectives upon delivery 
  • Act as a Strategic Business Partner to international Sales leaders and GTM Operations shaping enablement priorities around in-market needs 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales Operations Product Marketing Learning Experience & Design) to improve seller effectiveness across regions 

Field Execution & Performance Impact 

  • Drive accountability for measurable field outcomes across international markets including seller effectiveness ramp-to-productivity pipeline quality and conversion and revenue 
  • Ensure SPCs consistently coach and reinforce consultative selling behaviors with sellers and sales leaders in-market 
  • Prioritize your teams enablement effort against the highest-impact needs across markets 
  • Establish operating rhythms and reporting that ensure consistent high-quality delivery across regions and time zones 
  • Manage resourcing and workload across your team to maximize coverage across markets 

Change Management & Communication 

  • Drive sustained behavior change in the field through structured enablement coaching and reinforcement 
  • Build clear data-informed narratives that connect field enablement to business outcomes 
  • Ensure strong communication that drives awareness adoption and accountability across your team 
  • Apply emerging technologies (e.g. AI-enabled enablement and sales tools) to scale coaching and reinforce key behaviors 

Team Leadership 

  • Hire lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Performance Consultants 
  • Coach team members on consultative engagement stakeholder management and field execution excellence 
  • Build a strong inclusive team culture aligned to LinkedIns Culture and Values including Inclusion and Belonging 
  • Develop future-ready talent and capabilities within the team 

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications 

  • 5 years of experience in sales sales enablement sales performance consulting or sales leadership 
  • 2 years of direct people management experience or demonstrated experience as a Team Lead

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience delivering field enablement sales coaching or sales performance consulting 
  • Experience supporting advertising media or B2B sales organizations 
  • Proven ability to translate globally scaled programs into field-ready in-market execution 
  • Experience supporting or enabling sales teams across multiple international markets or regions 
  • Experience adapting globally scaled programs to regional and local market needs languages and selling cultures 
  • Experience partnering with global program teams and centers of excellence (COE) 
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect field enablement to seller productivity pipeline and revenue outcomes 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority 
  • Experience operating across cultures and time zones in a matrixed global organization 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and behavior-change metrics to measure impact 
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members 
  • Familiarity with enablement technologies and emerging trends (e.g. AI-enabled tools) 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel)
