Essential Duties:
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance
- Complete work orders
- Able to work around raw food product
- Provide leadership to mechanics and electricians
Requirements:
- Able to read write and speak English
- Capable of working without direct supervision
- Able to climb stoop kneel and bend
- Able to frequently lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Basic mechanical ability
- Capable of working 5 to 7 days a week
- Able to make quick and correct decisions
- Speed consistency and accuracy in tasks meeting precise standards
- Interpersonal skills sufficient for working closely with others on a team
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work environment performing a variety of frequently changing tasks
- Ability to perform effectively under stress in situations dangerous to self or others.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
