Job Description:
Responsible for translating the clients business requirements into specific systems applications or process designs for very large complex technology solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based sometimes working at customer sites. Also responsible for high-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution whether it is an IT or business process outsourced solution. Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction maintaining client communication and the overall management of the client relationship. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. Works with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the clients business. - Knowledge: A seasoned experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified career-oriented journey-level position.
Experience and fully qualified in own function plus working knowledge of others
Applies in-depth job knowledge to a wide range of multiple or complex tasks
Knowledge of company policies and practices - Job Complexity / Contribution : Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job
May coordinate work with third

Plan activities with other team
members - Supervision : Work is independent and collaborative in nature. Provides regular updates to manager on project/account status.
No instructions on routine work; general guidelines for new assignments - Experience : Bachelors and 5 years of related experience or Masters degree and 3 years of related experience or PhD and no experience
