MAC Projects Lead

The purpose of the role is to manage and provide a complete and measurable MAC Consultancy Service to our dedicated and variable client accounts as directed ensuring that all MAC Projects are delivered efficiently and effectively with a focus on safety on behalf of MAC and the client(s) providing guidance on selection of and management of the supply chain and providing accurate and timely reporting of all activity and key client matrices as directed.

Key Requirements

Were looking for a commercially minded leader with strong experience in MAC projects corporate moves and space planning.

• Experience managing corporate moves fit-out strip-out and small works projects
• Experience in space planning ideally in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2020 desirable
• Strong understanding of the move/porterage supply chain or experience managing third-party contractors
• Good knowledge of sustainability and the circular economy desirable
• Strong financial commercial and analytical skills including budget management billing and reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
• Experience managing RFPs quotations variations contracts and contractual risk
• Proven ability to lead recruit develop and performance-manage teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work with senior leaders and clients
• Customer-focused proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of MAC projects from planning through to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and to a high standard
• Manage teams of Move Managers and Space Planners ensuring they are trained supported and performing effectively
• Oversee recruitment onboarding performance reviews and development plans
• Build strong relationships with clients stakeholders subcontractors and supply partners
• Identify and win new opportunities supporting bids tenders proposals and presentations
• Drive profitability through cost control supplier management and smarter buying
• Monitor project risks scope changes resourcing needs and financial performance
• Support the development of processes playbooks and training programmes
• Help grow the MAC business through innovation strong delivery and trusted client relationships

Financial Management

• Manage project financial plans and the end-to-end billing cycle
• Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved margins
• Apply value-for-money principles across project delivery and supplier management

Qualifications :

• Business standard of written and verbal literacy as well as above average numeracy skills
• Recognised qualification in project management (Desired)
