Role Overview:

As a Logistics Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling tagging and dispatching of high-value stock across our three stores. Working within the Head Office buying team this position requires exceptional attention to detail organisational skills and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and tag all new stock arrivals for allocation across the three stores.

• Coordinate daily courier services including FedEx and CITES documentation.

• Coordinate the re-tagging of items as required.

• Ensure accurate logging and handling of faulty stock repairs and returns.

• Process and handle warranties and documentation in coordination with the stores and suppliers

• Manage weekly stock dispatches to Limerick Cork and Killarney including packaging and courier coordination.

• Prepare and print stock transfer reports and ensure all items are accounted for before shipment.

• Liaise with store teams to fulfil urgent stock requests from Head Office.

• Track incoming and outgoing parcels ensuring delivery timelines are met.

• Maintain up-to-date filing and records and support broader office functions as needed.

• Maintain and organise the stock rooms

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail especially when handling valuable stock.

• Discreet professional and trustworthy with sensitive information and high-value items.

• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
