Our Graduate Programme Starting September 2026

Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed for diversehigh-potential graduates with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn fast in achanging world. Youll join a multi-skilled squad working together andindividually on real business projects. Our goal is to build the right skillsfor the right roles through project-based learning and agile delivery allwhile contributing fresh thinking to the business.

Enterprise Agile at Three

Who Were Looking For
For this role youll also need to be:

Graduating this year or have graduated within the last 2 years.

A degree in Business Marketing Legal & Reg are welcome but mindset matters most all disciplines are welcome to apply. However this role is best suited to those with an interest in legal and regulatory issues

• Passionate about growing your career in legal and regulatory
• Good communications skills including written communications
• Ability to meet deadlines and be a team player
• Able to demonstrate the legal right to work in Ireland
