This is a data-focused operational support role within the Boning Hall and Abattoir this role you will play a key part in helping the operation understand and improve its performance through accurate data and reporting.
What to expect in the job
- Collect and validate operational production data ensuring accuracy across reporting systems.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly KPI reports covering production performance yield throughput labour efficiency rework and waste.
- Maintain and update reporting tools including spreadsheets databases and dashboards.
- Working closely with supervisors and management to monitor Work Orders and production results.
- Analyse production variances downtime rework and operational losses to identify trends and issues.
- Produce reports charts and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
- Communicate findings clearly to supervisors and management and support operational meetings when required.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm (approximately)
Note: This factory is located in an area that is not easily accessible by public transport.
Requirements
What we need from you
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic to good skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to organise analyse and present data effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A curious and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to question and validate data when inconsistencies arise
- Experience in manufacturing food production warehouse or administrative environments is advantageous
- Qualification in Data Analytics Business Statistics Supply Chain Food Science or a related field is desirable
- Portuguese/Polish speaking is advantageous but not required.
