This is a data-focused operational support role within the Boning Hall and Abattoir this role you will play a key part in helping the operation understand and improve its performance through accurate data and reporting.

What to expect in the job

• Collect and validate operational production data ensuring accuracy across reporting systems.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly KPI reports covering production performance yield throughput labour efficiency rework and waste.
• Maintain and update reporting tools including spreadsheets databases and dashboards.
• Working closely with supervisors and management to monitor Work Orders and production results.
• Analyse production variances downtime rework and operational losses to identify trends and issues.
• Produce reports charts and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
• Communicate findings clearly to supervisors and management and support operational meetings when required.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm (approximately)

What we need from you

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic to good skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to organise analyse and present data effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A curious and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to question and validate data when inconsistencies arise
• Experience in manufacturing food production warehouse or administrative environments is advantageous
• Qualification in Data Analytics Business Statistics Supply Chain Food Science or a related field is desirable
• Portuguese/Polish speaking is advantageous but not required.
