• Create exceptional customer experiences with warm tailored recommendations
• Help customers find the perfect gift or signature scent
• Support festive in-store events visual merchandising and store presentation
• Work as a team to achieve sales targets
• Assist with stock deliveries replenishment and back-of-house organisation

• Friendly confident and engaging communicator
• Thrive in a fast-paced festive retail environment
• Flexible availability during peak Christmas weeks
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus enthusiasm is essential!
