The Role

Carey Building Contractors are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their team in Galway City. This is a permanent full-time role.

Responsibilities

You will manage and improve all Technology systems in place keep data secure and support office and field workers with their IT requirements.

Manage and administer our Site Induction/Time and attendance software- MSite

Support users with technical issues related to software in place ie. Procure Aconex Estimate One Buildsoft Microsoft Office 365 Sage Evolution.

Point of contact for all daily IT issues.

Establish new employees digital setup.

Collaborating with external IT consultants.

Requirements

Relevant third level qualification in a Computer Science discipline or equivalent professional experience.

A working knowledge of IT systems is essential particularly Microsoft Office 365.

A hands on technical approach to problem solving and an ability to collaborate across company teams to modernise IT systems as required.

3 years experience in an IT support role.

Full-time office based position.
