About the Role

We are hiring an IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to act as the key interface between IT and the Supply Chain organization. This is a high-impact autonomous role where you will represent IT locally in Dublin while collaborating with global teams across Latin America and the Netherlands.

You will play a critical role in translating supply chain business needs into technology solutions ensuring effective communication and driving delivery across a distributed international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary IT partner for Supply Chain stakeholders in Dublin

  • Translate business needs into clear actionable IT requirements

  • Drive demand intake prioritisation and alignment with global IT teams

  • Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to deliver solutions end-to-end

  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between business and IT across regions

  • Support planning inventory and supply chain optimisation initiatives

  • Contribute to roadmapping and continuous improvement of supply chain systems

  • Ensure visibility of risks dependencies and progress across initiatives

About You

Experience

  • 510 years experience across Supply Chain IT or Digital roles

  • Strong experience in Supply Chain functions particularly:

    • Planning

    • Inventory management

  • Proven experience working in cross-functional and international environments

  • Experience in business-facing IT roles (BRM Business Analyst Product Owner etc.)

Core Skills

Supply Chain Expertise

  • Strong understanding of planning and inventory processes

  • Ability to engage credibly with business stakeholders

Communication & Influence

  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to operate independently and represent IT without local team support

Autonomy & Stakeholder Management

  • Comfortable working as a standalone IT representative in Dublin

  • Strong coordination skills across remote/global teams

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP or Supply Chain systems (e.g. SAP or similar)

  • General understanding of IT delivery and project lifecycle

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain IT or related field
