• Work within the Production and Maintenance team to support the manufacture of medicines.
• Support investigations into product complaints process deviations equipment failures and operational issues.
• Assist with process and equipment improvement projects to enhance operational performance and equipment reliability.
• Provide frontline troubleshooting support for equipment and process interruptions to minimize manufacturing downtime.
• Apply Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies including FMEA Fishbone Analysis and 5 Whys to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment effectiveness reduce operational costs and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop monitor and improve manufacturing and maintenance processes.
• Support process monitoring activities trend analysis and deployment of performance improvement tools on the shopfloor.
• Assist with the creation revision and implementation of procedures work instructions and training materials while completing technical training programmes.
• Promote a safe compliant and quality-focused culture and perform other duties as assigned

• Train with SMEs and/or conduct training for shopfloor operations or maintenance teams.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
