Flowtech plc is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Support Specialist to join our Engineering Centre in Dublin. Whether you already have experience in internal sales or are looking to develop your technical knowledge well provide comprehensive training ongoing support and genuine opportunities to progress your career across the wider Flowtech Group.

What youll be doing:

• Building strong relationships with customers and becoming their trusted first point of contact.
• Responding to enquiries preparing quotations and following up opportunities.
• Supporting the External Sales Team to help grow existing accounts and win new business.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers find the right engineering solutions.
• Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customers receive a first-class experience.

What were looking for:

• Previous experience in an internal sales customer service or technical sales support role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine interest in engineering hydraulics fluid power or industrial products.
• A proactive organised and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and by email.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
