As the business continues to grow they are looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Support professional to join their successful Dublin team.

This is far more than a typical internal sales role.

Youll become part of a market-leading business that genuinely invests in its people providing first-class product training ongoing mentoring and excellent opportunities to progress into Account Management External Sales and wider commercial leadership roles.

Working with customers across a wide range of engineering and industrial sectors youll:

• Build long-term customer relationships and become a trusted technical advisor.
• Prepare quotations and proactively follow up sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Support the external sales team in winning new business.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while driving profitable sales growth.
• Continue developing your technical and commercial knowledge through industry-leading training.

Were keen to speak with candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:

• Hydraulics or fluid power
• Engineering or industrial products
• Agricultural plant or construction machinery
• Bearings power transmission pneumatics or mechanical components
• Industrial distribution or technical wholesale
• Internal Sales Technical Sales Trade Counter or Customer Service

Most importantly youll be commercially minded enjoy building customer relationships and be keen to develop a successful career within sales.
