Discovery ADR is recruiting an Internal Sales Support professional to join Flowtechs established team in Dublin.

This is a genuine sales development opportunity. Youll receive excellent product and sales training work alongside experienced people and have the opportunity to progress your career as you develop.

Your role will be to build relationships with customers understand what they need and identify opportunities to grow business across Flowtechs extensive product offering.

Youll be encouraged to become a trusted advisor to your customers rather than simply taking orders.

Youll be involved in:

• Speaking with existing and prospective customers and understanding their requirements

• Preparing quotations and following up opportunities

• Developing and growing your own customer base

• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell

• Supporting the external sales team and working closely with colleagues across the business

• Building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities

• Developing your knowledge of Flowtechs hydraulic fluid power and industrial product range

• Occasionally joining Account Managers on customer visits

The role has real commercial responsibility with a focus on growing sales margin quote conversion and customer opportunities.

Were particularly interested in hearing from you if you have some knowledge or experience of hydraulics engineering or selling into industrial customers.

Your experience could have come from areas such as:

You dont need to know everything from day one.

What matters is that youre comfortable talking to customers commercially minded enthusiastic and genuinely interested in developing your technical knowledge and sales career.

Previous fluid power experience is desirable while strong communication skills organisation customer confidence and a proactive can-do attitude are key to succeeding in the role.
