Job Summary
Role: IntermediateQuantity Surveyor
Client: Residential Developer
Essentials: 3-5 years post-graduate experience with a PQS or contractor; strong IT skills (Cubit CostX Excel); ability to manage subcontractor payments and cost reporting.
Location:Onsite in Wexford
Salary:55000 - 80000

Reporting into:Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our client a leading construction and development firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Wexford. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects assisting senior management in cost control valuations and contract administration.
- Subcontractor & Supplier Management:Assist the Senior QS in managing subcontract packages payments and contractual details.
- Cost Control & Reporting:Support in preparing monthly valuations cost reports and tracking project budgets and variations.
- Contract Administration:Maintain accurate records of subcontractor and supplier contracts.
