An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join the Dublin office of a highly regarded international law firm. Our client is seeking an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor with between two and five years post-qualification experience to complement a well-established and ambitious team. This is an outstanding platform for an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor who is looking to work on complex cross-border mandates alongside leading practitioners in the field.

- Highly competitive salary 85000 to 110000 depending on PQE
- Dublin-based role with an international platform and cross-border restructuring exposure
- Clear progression pathway within a top-tier globally recognised firm
- Advise on corporate insolvency restructuring and recovery matters across a variety of sectors
- Act for insolvency practitioners financial institutions creditors and corporate clients
- Assist on formal insolvency procedures including examinations receiverships and liquidations
- Support cross-border restructuring transactions and international insolvency proceedings
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and advise on enforcement strategies
- Develop and maintain client relationships contributing to business development initiatives
- Qualified solicitor with 25 years PQE in insolvency and/or restructuring
- Experience gained within a respected commercial law firm environment
- Strong technical knowledge of Irish insolvency legislation and procedure
- Ability to manage your own caseload and work collaboratively within a team
- Commercially minded with excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ambition to develop a long-term career within a leading international firm
