DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role
The Inside Sales Manager Renewalsis responsible forleading the renewalsorganisationacross Exclusive Networks. The role owns renewal strategy forecasting operational execution specialistdevelopmentand recurring revenue protection across all assigned regions.Leading a team of Renewal Specialists the roleis accountable formaintainingindustry-leading renewal rates driving forecast accuracyidentifyingexpansionopportunitiesand ensuring execution of the 120-day renewalmethodology.
As the Inside Sales Manager - Renewals you will:
- Lead and develop a team of 14 renewals specialist
- Own the global Available-to-Renew portfolio process
- Manage renewal forecasting on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensure execution of theday renewal methodology
- Work with Customer Success Vendor Sales Specialists and Partner Managers to maximise retention and growth
- Monitor renewal risks and escalations
