DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role

The Inside Sales Manager Business Developmentis responsible forleading the sales developmentorganisationacross Exclusive Networks. The role owns pipeline creation business development strategy campaign execution partneractivationand BDR performance across all regions. Leading a team of BDRs the role is accountable for generating qualifiedpipeline supporting partner recruitment and activation driving campaignconversionand accelerating growth across the ecosystem.

As the Inside Sales Manager - Business Development you will:

Commercial Accountability

  • Pipeline creation
  • Qualified opportunities generated
  • Partner recruitment support
  • Campaign conversion
  • Services opportunities created
  • Partner activation

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 7 BDRs
  • Drive coaching performance management and productivity improvement
  • Recruit onboard and develop talent
  • Manage forecasting and territory planning for sales development activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategy
  • Drive outbound demand generation programmes
  • Support new partner recruitment and existing partner activation
  • Manage campaign event and marketing follow-up activities
  • Work closely with Vendor Sales Specialists Marketing and Partner Managers
  • Drive services opportunity creation and pipeline acceleration
  • Own KPI reporting and dashboard management
  • Conduct quarterly reviews and territory planning

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE About you

The ideal Inside Sales Manager - Business Development:

Skills & Experience

  • 58 years experience in sales development business development or SaaS sales
  • Experience leading BDR/SDR teams
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting capability
  • Technology SaaS or channel experience preferred
