Infrastructure Network Engineer Internship

Supports the network engineering team with day-to-day operational tasks documentation basic troubleshooting and project support while building hands- on knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure. Works with team members to learn core networking concepts assist with routine activities and contribute to reliable secure and well-documented services.

Required:

• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP DNS DHCP routing and switching

• Interest in learning enterprise network infrastructure tools and support processes

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to document work clearly and accurately

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures

• Ability to manage time stay organized and handle multiple tasks

• Willingness to learn from feedback and work collaboratively with team members

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and basic technical documentation

• Coursework lab experience or certifications in networking or IT would be beneficial

• Takes a logical analytical approach to problem solving and pays close attention to detail

• Self motivated and results oriented

• Takes an innovative approach to problem solving

• Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills.

• Strong team player; able to work effectively within a team and more broadly with people from a variety of areas across the organization.
