Infrastructure Automation Engineer Internship
Supports the infrastructure team inidentifying testing and documenting automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency consistency and service delivery. Works with team members toassistwith routine process automation data gathering workflow improvement and basic scripting or tooling tasks while building hands-on knowledge of infrastructure operations platforms and support processes.

A good skills section for this role would lean toward curiosity scripting basics and process thinking rather than deep engineering ownership.

Tools an AI Automation Intern in Infrastructure should know or be exposed to

• Python for scripting and automation

• PowerShell or Bash for task automation

• Git or GitHub for version control

• ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools

• Azure AWS or other cloud platforms

• Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools

• Ansible or similar configuration automation tools

• Monitoring tools such as Splunk Datadog SolarWinds or Grafana

• Excel Power BI or similar tools for data analysis and reporting

• Microsoft Teams Jira or Confluence for collaboration and documentation

• AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT or automation platforms whereappropriateand approved

Role Requirements:
