Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in South Dublin. Reporting to the HR Manager for the UK & Ireland this role will support recruitment talent development employee engagement and people strategy across the business.

- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Support employee development training and performance management.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and organisational matters.
- Monitor key HR metrics including retention engagement and turnover.
- Promote and support a positive company culture.
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR recruitment or talent development.
- Previous HR Business Partner experience desirable.
- Experience in Retail Hospitality FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven with excellent analytical abilities.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Required Skills:
