Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in South Dublin. Reporting to the HR Manager for the UK & Ireland this role will support recruitment talent development employee engagement and people strategy across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with management to deliver HR initiatives and support business objectives.
Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Support employee development training and performance management.
Provide guidance on employee relations and organisational matters.
Monitor key HR metrics including retention engagement and turnover.
Promote and support a positive company culture.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in HR recruitment or talent development.
Previous HR Business Partner experience desirable.
Experience in Retail Hospitality FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong communication organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Results-driven with excellent analytical abilities.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
