Job Summary
With multiple awards to our name Larian Studios has proven that were dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects the studio that brought you Baldurs Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a HR Generalist to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle overseeing HR policies and procedures and supporting theoverall HR function for our 7 studio locations. You will help our leaders and staff understandbest practices and develop procedures as Larian grows.
Responsibilities
- Policy Development: Develop implement and monitor HR policies and initiatives aligned with Larians environment goals and ethos in coordination with Larian global HR.
- Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees and consistently applied across the studios.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records update HR databases and generate reports related to employee demographics turnover and other HR metrics supporting business decision-making as required.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues grievances and conflict resolution; help ensure a positive work environment and address any concerns or disputes that arise.
- Benefits and Compensation: Assist in conducting compensation and benefits analysis and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Employee Life Cycle: Manage the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems and ensure strategies and processes remain aligned with the companys talent management and workforce plans to enhance employee engagement and sustain business growth.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws employment regulations and company policies; stay up to date with changes in labor legislation and update HR practices and policies accordingly.
- Expat Management: Manage all aspects of expatriate administration including visa processing accommodation tax considerations and relocation. Ensure compliance with local and international laws and oversee end-to-end processes for expat and dependent transitions.
- Training: Assess training needs and implement and monitor training programs.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as an HR Generalist
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Up-to-date understanding of current pay rates benefits and industry trends
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening negotiation collaboration communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience working in fast-growing companies and creative industries
- Demonstrable ability to own execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects
- This is a full-time on-site role requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration
