Join our Health and Public Service (H&PS) Industry Practice within Industry & Enterprise where we help Irelands clients on their change transformation journeys and do work that matters for the citizens of Ireland! Bring your passion and experience to deliver ground-breaking projects to support our clients from industry consulting strategic direction to process improvement and technology transformations while building your skills and capabilities.

Our team is made up of a diverse range of professionals with a deep understanding and passion for transforming the way care is delivered. They share experiences right across the healthcare environment including clinicians hospital operations eHealth commissioning who work together to pioneer new ways to improve healthcare!

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

• Clinical background and profession ideally in an Irish healthcare setting

• Experienced delivering change programmes in a healthcare setting

• Experienced working with and/or leading multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting

• Demonstrated facilitation experience in a healthcare setting

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Recognised Clinical Qualification

• Master / Postgrad in Business preferred

• Experience working in healthcare setting
