Working Hours: Monday to Friday

08.00-16.30 37.5 hours per week

At DSV your work keeps the world this role you support the systems coordination and accuracy behind safe and reliable operations across our network. You help ensure that the right documentation processes and communication are always in place so our teams can deliver with confidence. You play a key role in keeping Health & Safety processes running smoothly across multiple teams sites and stakeholders.

What will you be doing

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
Manage emails documents and electronic filing systems.
Maintain records spreadsheets and business trackers.
Upload and manage documents within company systems and client portals.
Coordinate meetings training sessions and team calendars.
Support onboarding inductions and training administration.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain information and documentation.
Assist with reporting audits and general office administration.

About You

Previous administration or office support experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammar spelling and proofreading skills.
Able to confidently communicate with colleagues contractors clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
