Head of People and Culture

We are currently partnering with our client a healthcare organisation based in South Dublin to appoint an experienced and strategic Interim Head of People & Culture.

Reporting to the Interim CEO the Interim Head of People & Culture will play a key role in leading the organisations people strategy and providing strategic leadership across talent acquisition employee relations culture and engagement HR operations and governance.

The role will also support the organisation in navigating a significant period of organisational change working closely with leaders employees and other key stakeholders throughout the transition.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role within a complex organisation experience working in healthcare is advantageous;

• Proven experience in people strategy employee relations organisational change and culture transformation;

• Strong experience across talent and workforce planning employee engagement and wellbeing and HR team leadership;

• Strong ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery;

• Excellent leadership influencing and stakeholder management skills;

• A relevant third-level qualification professional HR qualification desirable.
