Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics company operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may berequired regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Job Purpose:

The mission of the Graduate Operations Team Lead is to support the Operations team in the manufacturing of products to enhance the Safety quality service growth and value for local & Global Orthopedics supply.

The main responsibility will be to work as part of the Operations Team under the guidance of a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager while participating in the Ireland Graduate program.

The role will support the Knees Hips and Shoulder markets as well as supporting business growth quality and projects.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations Business or similar operations engineering or technology degree.

This role is open to early-career talent specifically candidates who will graduate in 2026 or who have recently graduated in 2025.
