Reporting to the Facilities Manager.

Purpose of the post:

The purpose of the ICT Administrator Role is to Manage CoActions information and technology systems in conjunction with a third party contractor serving as the main point of contact for technical support infrastructure maintenance and strategic technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitoring network performance overseeing hardware/software updates and ensuring data integrity.

  • Support & Troubleshooting: Triage technical issues solving user problems and acting as a liaison between users and third-party ICT service providers.

  • Strategic Planning & Security: Developing ICT policies managing security audits ensuring data protection and assisting with the upgrading of systems to meet organisational needs.

  • Training and Implementation: Leading the training of staff on new software hardware and systems.

  • Maintain Databases/ Document Control: Maintaining and updating ICT related documents policies and procedures.

  • Project and Event Support: Assisting with the planning and execution of various ICT related projects across all departments.

  • Communication and Coordination: Communicating with various stakeholders including staff contractors and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

  • The ordering and disposal of IT assets inclusive of the maintenance of the ICT asset register.

Remuneration:

  • Grade V CoAction Salary Scale 49.598 to 60014 per annum depending on experience
