Description: We are hiring for our client a well-established investment firm in Dublin seeking an experienced Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager. This pivotal role is designed for an individual with strong relationships in the high-net-worth (HNW) and family office sectors. The ideal candidate will bring their own network of investors and elevate the current fundraising processes helping scale the firm and expand its investor base.

Hybrid working In-office for the first 6 months then flexible 3 days in the office/2 days working from home
The Role:
Lead fundraising efforts for the firms EIIS and debt fund products
Manage and cultivate relationships with HNW investors family offices and financial advisers
Provide input to fund development advising on product positioning and strategy
Add value beyond current fundraising processes focusing on growth and innovation
Engage with senior leadership including the CFO
Represent the firm at industry events client meetings and investor engagements
The Person: Must-have experience:
Proven success in fundraising wealth management or private equity fundraising
Strong genuine relationships with family offices and HNW investors
Commercially-minded with a strategic approach to fundraising and client management
Demonstrable ability to bring in business and build sustainable client relationships
Experience in fundraising strategy and capital raising initiatives
Desirable experience:
Previous roles in wealth management/investment firms
Exposure to tax-efficient products (EIIS/EIS) and private investment structures
