Field Services Expert

• During Delivery Phase (Installations/Swap Roll-out Migration Plan):
  • Create Maintain & Monitor Implementation Plans
  • Ensure Quality of Deliverables during Roll-out Projects
  • Track Costs of Projects
  • Ensure Buy-In of Solutions by Customers
• During Run Phase:
  • Coordinate Services Rendered to Customers
  • Ensure Operational Monitoring Issue Tracking Risk Management
  • Manage Customers Reclaims
  • Identify Add-ons Sales Opportunities
  • Provide KPIs and Measure Quality of Services Rendered
• Generic Missions:
  • Manage vendors & field services installation third party
  • Represent Vusion in Clients Relationship Governing Bodies
  • Coordinate Communication to Client & Vusion Stakeholders
  • Manage Relationship with Partners/System Integrators
  • Build & Maintain Detailed Maps of the Customers Solutions

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on roll-out deployment installation or migration projects

• Proven ability to plan execute and monitor large-scale implementations including cost tracking and quality control

• Solid experience managing vendors field services and third-party installation partners

• Strong customer-facing skills with experience ensuring solution adoption and participating in governance or steering committees

• Hands-on experience with operational monitoring including issue tracking risk management and KPI reporting

• Ability to work cross-functionally to coordinate stakeholders manage partners/system integrators and identify add-on sales opportunities
