Are you a dedicated and passionate Staff Nurse looking to make a change and gain more experience We are currently looking for a Staff Nurse to work in Rheumatology where there is one post of 37.5 hours available on a temporary basis on a specified purpose contract.

Qualifications & Experience

Must have:

Be a current Staff Nurse employed by Tallaght University Hospital.
Be a Member of the General Division of the active register of the Nursing and Midwifery board of Ireland.
Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development at the appropriate level.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a clinical and administrative capability to properly discharge the functions of the role.
Have a strong interest in the area of Rheumatology.
Be keen to learn and develop new skills.

Roles and responsibilities of the post (in conjunction with CNS and ANP colleagues):

Patient education around medications and injection technique (training will be provided).
Supporting OPD clinics.
Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team.
Assisting CNS/ANP with planning and organising of patient load; emails calls chart management.
