This is a full-time position
Responsibilities
Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized physiotherapy treatment programmes.
Support residents in improving mobility independence balance strength and overall physical function.
Work collaboratively with nursing medical and allied healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
Educate residents families and staff on rehabilitation programmes and safe mobility practices.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development activities.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physiotherapy.
Eligible for or currently registered with CORU.
EU qualification in Physiotherapy.
Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Good command of the English language.
Previous experience in elderly care rehabilitation community care or long-term care settings.
Experience with mobility assessments falls prevention and exercise prescription.
