EMEA IT Operations Technical Lead (6-month FTC)

Were currently looking for anIT Operations Technical Leadto join our EMEA IT team on a 6-month maternity cover contract.

What You Will Do

As the IT Operations Technical Lead youll play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of critical ERP and enterprise applications across EMEA. Acting as the link between business stakeholders IT teams and external partners youll drive operational excellence service quality and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading application operations and service delivery across EMEA

• Managing incidents problems and change activities

• Partnering with vendors to ensure SLA performance and service quality

• Driving governance reporting and operational improvements

• Building strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders

• Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and application performance

What We Look For

• 5 years experience in IT Operations Application Support or a similar technical leadership role

• Strong understanding of enterprise applications and IT service management (ITSM)

• Experience working with managed service providers and external vendors

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Information Systems or related field
