Job Description:

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on all production equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide high-quality mechanical and electronic repairs delivering comprehensive electro-mechanical support for all production equipment.
  • Calibrate adjust and maintain production and test equipment in line with ISO/DLA and internal quality standards.
  • Own and control the calibration system ensuring full traceability accurate records and audit readiness within the CMMS.
  • Maintain and update equipment and calibration databases records and procedures.
  • Liaise with external calibration vendors including arranging site visits managing quotations purchase orders and tracking equipment sent offsite.
  • Support production and engineering teams with equipment issues continuous improvement initiatives and changeovers.
  • Maintain spare parts availability uphold 6S and safety standards and ensure compliance with CEmarked equipment requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in ElectroMechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in equipment or machine maintenance within a highvolume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience with calibration systems data management and quality standards.
  • Good communication skills flexible work attitude and a proactive continuousimprovement mindset.
