EHS Specialist 14-Month Contract
Location: South-East Ireland 14-Month Contract
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced EHS Specialist to join the site EHS team of a leading global organisation operating within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on role supporting the continued development of the sites Environmental Health & Safety programmes ensuring high standards of regulatory compliance while working closely with operational and technical teams.
The Role
You will play an important role in:
- Supporting and continuously improving site EHS programmes and systems.
- Providing practical EHS guidance across manufacturing and operational activities.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Irish legislation environmental requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conducting audits inspections risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Supporting plant equipment process and project-related EHS activities.
- Working with operational teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Maintaining high-quality EHS documentation reporting and records.
- Promoting a strong safety-first and environmental culture across the site.
Were looking for an experienced EHS professional with:
- 5 years EHS experience within manufacturing or another highly regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge across a broad range of EHS disciplines.
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- A proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience supporting projects operational change and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills.
Pharmaceutical / Biologics experience would be advantageous although candidates from other highly regulated manufacturing environments will also be considered.

Required Skills:
5 years EHS experience within manufacturing or another highly regulated environment. Strong knowledge across a broad range of EHS disciplines. Required Education:
Degree in Engineering or Science specialising in Environmental or an equivalent recognised qualification.
