We are recruiting an Emergency & Critical Care Veterinary Surgeon to join a newly renovated state-of-the-art veterinary hospital in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy hospital environment with a supportive team and outstanding facilities.

Permanent full-time position.
7 nights on / 14 nights off rota providing an excellent work-life balance.

The Role
You will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency and critical care to hospitalised patients working closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines to deliver outstanding patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing emergency consultations and admissions.
Providing overnight inpatient care and monitoring.
Performing emergency diagnostics and treatments.
Working collaboratively with referral clinicians and nursing staff.
Maintaining accurate clinical records.
Delivering excellent communication with clients and the wider clinical team.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
A Veterinary Degree eligible for registration with the Veterinary Council of Ireland (VCI).
Previous experience in Emergency & Critical Care or hospital practice (preferred).
Excellent clinical decision-making skills.
A calm approach in emergency situations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
