We are hiring an Director of Nursing for a Nursing Home in Co. Dublin
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards regulations and best practices.
- Oversee clinical governance quality assurance and resident safety.
- Manage mentor and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Promote a person-centred approach to care.

- Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
- Significant experience in senior nursing leadership and management roles.
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Person in Charge (PIC) in a residential care setting is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and Irish healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.

Required Skills:
