Our ideas begin with outside in research and academic partnership and evolve through user testing. They come to life through prototypes that lay the foundation for new products and services.

The Expertise Were Looking For

• Web3 Native experience with a deep understanding of distributed ledger technologies including permissionless blockchain protocols cryptocurrencies private key management smart contract interactions DeFi primitives and token standards.
• Deep technical fluency in digital asset wallet security practices including but not limited to account abstraction multi-party computation multi-signature trusted execution environments and private key recovery mechanisms.
• Go-to-market experience launching and scaling products in the digital asset / blockchain space.
• The ability to clearly & succinctly articulate business and technical requirements for a range of stakeholders to accelerate product delivery.
• 8 years of relevant experience in product management business planning technology or software development.
• Experience working and leading teams at start-ups and/or new product development functions within large organizations.
• Bachelors degree (or its equivalent) in business computer science engineering information technology information systems mathematics physics or a closely related field.

The Purpose of Your Role

We are looking for a visionary Digital Asset Product Manager to join our team in creating and launching new products and capabilities. This role is a core part of the blockchain incubator product team and will share accountability with other functional leaders for piloting new businesses and capabilities in the financial services industry. This role will work with the team to conduct market analysis develop strategic product roadmaps and successfully launch new products into the crypto this capacity you will:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualizing new features to post launch optimization (e.g. staking dApp integration and protocol integrations).
• Work closely with designers project managers and developers on an integrated product team.
• Apply a security first mindset working closely with security engineers enterprise cyber security and technology risk partners.
• Develop product proposals with clear functionality customervalue time to market and development requirements.
• Translate complex crypto market and Web3 concepts into streamlined user experiences to enable users to easily manage swap and secure their digital assets across multiple blockchains.
• Communicate across all areas of the company to serve as the internal evangelist for your product offering including but not limited to Legal Risk Compliance Audit Global Sanctions Marketing and Operations.
• Own and execute the product roadmap by managing integrations with layer 1 and 2 blockchains staking centralized and decentralized exchanges and DeFi protocols.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of vendor agreements.
• Analyze on-chain metrics consumer trends and customer feedback to add new product ideas and themes into the pipeline.
• Perform continuous deep dive analysis of the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem to identify evolving trends market infrastructure risks and opportunities to inform broader research and development efforts.
