Job Description

IBM ODM / Rules configuration experience is Mandatory
Mega Project Simulation Enablement (2 x L7 Wipro Resources)
What will be delivered:
The Decision Tooling team will provide a standardized repeatable playbook for enabling Mega Project Simulation across BEARS services and products. The requested resources will execute this playbook end-to-end ensuring consistent adoption across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Setup: Configure Rule Designer XOM and variable set projects
Migration: Export projects establish Decision Services and maintain dependencies/mappings
Fix: Resolve rule conflicts BOM/XOM issues and merge inconsistencies
Validation: Perform unit and regression testing including rule application validation
Deployment: Publish and deploy services while retiring legacy implementations
Expected outcome:
Scaled enablement of Mega Project Simulation across BEARS products
Improved delivery consistency and reduced implementation variability
Estimated 5% reduction on a 6-month timeline per trained resource accelerating product onboarding and simulation readiness
