Candidates must have at the latest date of application:

1. Professional Qualifications Experience etc.

• Hold a Degree Licence or Diploma in Dental Surgery / Dental Science;

and

• Be registered in the Register of Dentists for Ireland or be entitled to be registered;

and

• Have had since becoming eligible under paragraph (a) above at least one years satisfactory experience in the practice of dentistry;

and

• Possess a high standard of professional knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office

Post Specific Requirements:

Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience of public dental services or hospital dental services

Other requirements specific to the post:

Have access to own transport to fulfil the requirements of the roleDelivery of out of hours care if required.
