Deli Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team at MACE Ballisodare on a full-time basis. As a Deli Supervisor you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our deli department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Role includes:

• Manage and lead a team of deli staff providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations

• Responsible for food preparation ensuring quality and freshness of all deli products

• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

• Interact with customers take orders and address any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner

• Train new employees on deli procedures recipes and customer service standards
