Job Title: Fresh Food Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Curraghconway Cork
Salary: Up to 36500 per year
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fresh Food Manager to join a busy retail environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in food or retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the fresh food/deli area
- Lead train and motivate a team
- Ensure high standards of food quality hygiene and safety
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor performance and drive sales targets
- Oversee food preparation presentation and merchandising
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory/management role (food or retail preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
- Highly organised with a proactive approach
- Flexible to work 40 hours per week (5 days over 7)
- Basic IT skills
