Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality food in an efficient cost-effective manner.

• Manage daily kitchen operations (including Breakfast Lunch Dinner and Chilled Products) as directed by the Deli Manager.

• Maintain effective stock management and portion control.

• Ensure the work environment and facilities are clean and compliant with HACCP legislation.

• Prioritize customer care and service actively promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme at every opportunity.

• Carry out assigned deli checks following your training and ensure standards are maintained.

• Be available for flexible hours including weekends and evenings Monday through Sunday.
